The approach
Most organisations do not have a laptop problem. They have a laptop lifecycle problem: nobody knows how many there are, which are out of warranty, who has which one, or what happens on the day a finance controller's machine dies during closing.
We take the whole cycle. Specification against actual job roles, procurement across Dell, HP and Lenovo, a standard corporate image with your applications and security baseline, asset tagging and register entry, deployment to the user's desk, then AMC cover, spares, and a documented disposal at end of life with data destruction certificates.
The point of doing it this way is that on the day something breaks, nobody has to investigate. The device is in the register, its warranty status is known, its cover is known, and a replacement is already accounted for.

Yes. We audit the existing fleet, add it to the register and bring it under AMC. Devices already out of OEM warranty go onto non-comprehensive cover, or comprehensive after an inspection.
For project teams and fixed-term contracts, yes — monthly rental with AMC included, minimum three months. It is often the right answer for a six-month audit team or a seasonal retail ramp-up.
With buffer stock in place, same working day within Bangalore. Without buffer stock it depends on OEM warranty response, typically next business day.
