Who we are
Almost every mid-sized Indian business we walk into has the same problem, and it is not a technology problem. It is that the IT estate was assembled by whoever was available at the time. One vendor supplied the laptops. Another put in the cameras. The cabling was done by whoever was on site during the fit-out. The firewall came with the internet connection and nobody has logged into it since.
Individually, each of those decisions was defensible. Together they produce an estate nobody understands, where every fault becomes an investigation and every project starts with archaeology. When something breaks, four vendors each explain that the problem is on someone else's side.
Naveen Infotech & Services exists to be the single accountable party across all of it — the laptop on the desk, the server in the rack, the switch in the ceiling, the camera at the gate, the licence in the tenant and the contract that keeps the whole thing alive. Because when one firm owns the lot, there is nowhere for a problem to hide.
We are engineer-led rather than sales-led, which shows up in ways that occasionally cost us money. We size servers from measured utilisation instead of a template. We tell clients when their existing equipment is fine. We test restores rather than reading backup reports. It makes for slower first meetings and much longer relationships.
How we work
Stated plainly so you can check whether we actually do them. If we ever do not, say so — we would rather hear it than lose the relationship.
Network diagrams, asset registers, IP schedules, cabling test reports and licence positions are handed over in editable formats. A client who cannot leave us is a client we have trapped, not earned.
Backups get restored. Retention gets checked. Failover gets tested. Almost every serious incident we are called into was preceded by a control everyone believed was working.
If your analog cameras are sound, if cloud is wrong for your workload, if the cheaper AMC tier fits — we say so. It costs a sale and earns the next five.
Installation and AMC are delivered by our staff rather than subcontracted. The engineer who commissioned your site is the one who returns to it.
Response times, preventive schedules and scope are written into the contract. A commitment you cannot point at later is not a commitment.
Segmentation, MFA and credential hygiene are how we install, on every project. We do not hand over a recorder still on its default password.
Being straight with you
Knowing where a partner's edges are is more useful than a claim to do everything.
We deploy, integrate and support software. We do not build custom applications. If you need bespoke development we will tell you and, where we can, point you to someone who does it well.
Certified cabling, tested restores, documented handovers and staffed SLAs cost money. Where price is the only criterion, someone will beat us. We would rather lose that bid than win it and cut those things out.
We handle Microsoft 365, Azure and straightforward cloud migrations competently. For a large-scale multi-region cloud-native architecture, a specialist is the right call and we will say so.
We deliver across India, but our fastest on-site tiers are only honest where we hold local resources. Elsewhere the realistic commitment is slower on site, with remote response first. We agree and document the tier for each of your locations before you sign, rather than quoting one headline figure that only applies to a single city.

We supply, install and support anywhere in India. Multi-site rollouts are coordinated centrally from Bangalore and executed locally, so a chain of stores or a department across several cities gets one plan and one point of contact.

On-site response times differ by location, so we agree them per site during scoping and write them into the contract. You will know exactly what applies at each of your locations before you sign, rather than after something breaks.
